(the Company”, “We” “Us”, “Our” or “Torch” collects from and about you when you use the TorchTM mobile application, or visit its related websites (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Statement also explains how the Company may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of it.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not, please do not use the Services.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
Information You Provide
The Company collects personal and personally identifiable information from you when you choose to share it with us. Â This may include when you use our Services, create an online account with us, create a profile within the Service, or otherwise contact or interact with us. Â The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, photo, geolocation, biometric information, date of birth, weight, and, if you make a purchase from us, a credit/debit card number or other financial information. Workout Performance Data Collected and Shared
The Service is designed specifically to allow interactions among users across multiple countries and locations. We may collect and share your performance information as part of the Services, including workout data, distances run, location, step rate, cadence, speed.

We may use cookies, log files, or other similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") to collect certain information about visitors to our Website and interactions with our emails and online or mobile advertisements, and to allow the Company to keep track of analytics and certain statistical information which enables the Company to improve its Services and provide you with more relevant content and advertising on our Services and other sites. For individuals based in the EU, by using the Services you consent to certain personal information being transferred to, stored on servers in, the United States (a country which is not per se regarded as providing an appropriate level of data protection in the EU) and is subject to the laws of the United States, where the data protection and other laws may differ from those of other countries. We also access and store personal information in Israel. Your personal information may be disclosed in response to inquiries or requests from government authorities or to respond to judicial process in the countries in which we operate.

Data Retention.
We will retain your personal information for as long as we need it to deliver the services to you and a reasonable period thereafter to respond to requests or questions from you, to protect our legal rights, to analyze and improve our services, and as necessary to comply with legal requests. After one year of inactivity, defined as there are no log ins or attempted log ins to your account, for your protection we will automatically delete all of your account data.
