(the Company”, “We” “Us”, “Our” or “Torch” collects from and about you when you use the TorchTM mobile application, or visit its related websites (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Statement also explains how the Company may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of it.  

By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not, please do not use the Services.

Information You Provide

The Company collects personal and personally identifiable information from you when you choose to share it with us.  This may include when you use our Services, create an online account with us, create a profile within the Service, or otherwise contact or interact with us.  The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, photo, geolocation, biometric information, date of birth, weight, and, if you make a purchase from us, a credit/debit card number or other financial information.

Our Apps and Services 

As You navigate through and interact with our Services, We may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about Your device, usage, actions, and patterns, including:

  1. Information about Your phone, tablet, or other devices You use to access the Services. This device information includes your device ID, connection type and settings when you install, access, update, or use our Services. Data collected by the Device may be stored on the Services (including your health and performance information).
  2. Details of Your use of the Services, including health and performance information, number of runs, performance data, distance, pace, route and location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the services.  
  3. Information about Your computer and internet connection, including Your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
  4. Details of Your visits to our website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that You access and use on the Services.

Workout Performance Data Collected and Shared

The Service is designed specifically to allow interactions among users across multiple countries and locations. We may collect and share your performance information as part of the Services, including workout data, distances run, location, step rate, cadence, speed.

Website - Cookies

We may use cookies, log files, or other similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") to collect certain information about visitors to our Website and interactions with our emails and online or mobile advertisements, and to allow the Company to keep track of analytics and certain statistical information which enables the Company to improve its Services and provide you with more relevant content and advertising on our Services and other sites.  

For example, we may automatically collect certain information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, device type, operating system, unique device identifier of any of your computer(s) or device(s) that are used to access the Services, software version, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, phone model, phone operating system, and the domain name from which you accessed the Services.  We also may collect other information about your use of the Services, including the date and time you visit the Services, the areas or pages of the Services that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing or using the Services, the number of times you return to the Services, other click-stream or Site usage data, emails that you open, forward or click-through to our Services, websites you visit prior to or after you arrive on our Site and other sites that you may visit.

Third Party Analytics and Tracking Technologies. We may use third parties™ analytics and tracking tools to better understand who is using the Services, how people are using the Services, how to improve the effectiveness of the Services and related content, and to help us or those third parties serve more targeted advertising to you across the Internet. These tools may use technology to collect and store non-personal information. They may also combine information they collect from your interaction with the Services with information they collect from other sources. We do not have access to, or control over, these third parties™ use of cookies or other tracking technologies. 

TRACKING OPTIONS AND CALIFORNIA DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES

Browser and System Controls.  Certain parts of our Services require cookies. You may set your browser or operating system to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but you may not be able to use certain features on the Services. Each browser and operating system is a little different, so please check your browser or operating system™s settings or help section to learn more about how to delete or disable cookies and tracking.  We do offer the ability to opt out of our tracking services, but please note product functionality will be limited and you may not be able to use the Services.

You may access, update, and delete certain information by adjusting your profile and settings in the Services.
